If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Foodie Channel you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days after receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thefoodiechannel.com. Within 24-48 hours you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please email us a copy of the receipt containing the tracking information. Customers should receive their refund within 7-14 days of receipt of the item(s) returned in the same condition in it’s original packaging. FYI: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not qualify for a refund.

After following the previously mentioned steps for requesting a refund, customers should receive the refund on their credit card within 7-14 days of receipt of the item(s) returned in the same condition in it’s original packaging.
It would have to be handled as a return with refund and then a new purchase.
